I've been trying to find some courses on hypnosis...so far, all of them are quite expensive... a few days ago I found this FREE one on the web:

Well, ages ago, Magical Mike introduced me to the "Zap" technique, by Hon Wong and Gordon Fang-Wong.

It is a very interesting and apparently easy, but I have yet to try it because I am afraid of failure (and fear of failure means doubt, and doubt does in fact lead to failure)

I would look into that if I were you.

It is not free, but ehh, I can tell you that it is possible to get it for free.
I will say no more, and I wont link it.

Hmm. If you try hyptnosis....Is being monotone bad? That how I am . If I try to hyptnotise someone I'm sure my voice will bore them then they will eventually lose concentration....I've been very interested in hyptnotist I had on come to our school and I got hyptnotised while being in the crowd....He said that he would block the light and everything but I just focused on his voice and when he made a certain sound I basically went down....My friend kept shaking me then I was like woah! How did that happen I was just intently listening to him... IT was CRAZY. I've also heard theres way to fix sleeping disorders and addictions and free self hyptnosis tracks on the internet but I'm afraid that I'm full of doubt too. If you assure me that monotone isn't a bad thing when hyptnotising someone they I'm sure I'll have more confidence when I try again.
