But everyone else would think the same way and go ahead and choose the most popular one, but then if they thought about that same thing and decided to go for the least popular one anyway thinking I would choose a seemingly popular one they might choose the real less popular one... Wait, what?

      You could still make that, it's different. I was first just going to go (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) but decided on words. Yours is a lot more complicated.

      Oh yeah. I picked Charmander. Now it's tied for least-chosen. I figured since so many people love pokemon they would intentionally not pick it because they might think other people might like pokemon... which MIGHT make no sense, but it was a good hunch.
