What exactly did I "ruin"? The answer? Yeah, since it's impossible to work it out for yourself if you know what it comes out to. The answer isn't worth anything.

You've ruined it by revealing the answer, the point of this thread was to see if you could work it out. That was the fun in it not having it spoilt in the 1st reply.

That really wasn't hard at all. How old are fifth-graders?

10-11 y.o I think. I'm still having trouble figuring out. I'm terrible with math.

The real answer is 14. The girls all forgot to bring their backpacks.

Meh he's banned now. I hope. I worked it out before reading the rest of the thread as well. I liked how the previous person in the excel spreadsheet had formatted the font colour on that one square so that my name would appear pink.

Ugh, everytime I see the words 'Smarter Than a Fifth Grader' I die a little bit more inside. I once watched the show, and one stupid American didn't know what country was north of the border. She had to use one of her lifeline things... are there people that ignorant?

I don't know how the producers find those people, but it must be very insulting to be eligible to participate on that blasted game show.

I wish it was staged, but I doubt it.

I hate that I enjoy watching reality shows like X-Factor exploit the stupid. I wish I had principles.

Those shows are just another reason why I loath the television. :p

I hope this writer's strike keeps going indefinitely. Than they'll show nothing but reality tv and people will realize how stupid it is. After all, they won't have their writers so the shows will suck even worse than usual.

I don't get it! I tried all the trick answers I could think of!
