Bah, everybody worth their salt has eaten a Milk Bone before. That's hardly worth mentioning. They're a bit dry, but if you take your time they can be quite palatable. I think I was nine years old the last time my older brother coaxed me into eating one.

I don't remember how long ago this was, but there's legislation that dog food has to also permit human consumption. A few decades ago (I think), the government found a lot of the elderly with social security problems resorted to eating dog food because it was cheaper than human food. That's also why the price went up.

Some of those commercials, though.... Not a bad fall-back plan if it came to that.

Just don't eat dog chocolate. It really isn't the same.

you mean carob... I did this enviromental leader ship program in highschool i think it was 5-6 years ago now all the meals we cooked there were vegan, i'm not a vegan but thats besides the point. anyway we had to either use 100% dark chococlate chips but they were too expencive so we used Carob chips cooked in something you would never notices a difference... and trust me I'm PICKY!!!
