print screen...
go into a pic editor (paint works best) and paste (ctrl + v)
then save
then host it on something like photobucket or something
do a img tag with the url in it
click submit
enjoy your meal

Hex editor. Edit the hex values in a compiled program. Not really a clever thing to do because if you edit the wrong value and you haven't made a backup you're screwed...
...I keep my desktop simple because installing windowsblinds means you have to install lots of other crap, and I don't like it always popping up saying "Windowsblinds 4"... Besides, it's not like anybody in the world ever sees my desktop except myself.

style xp skins are better, and you can get a hack for windows that will allow you to use skins without stylexp... much better. then windows is just loading the skin as it would load the default skin, instead of windowblinds/style xp painting it over it.

It's kinda funny how just by looking at Bornslip's desktop there, you can tell that he plays guitar by the recorder being on the desktop.
