I find it hard to believe that an alien from Planet 38 would write. That implies they have hand-like structures, and use sight as their primary sense. Sounds too human to me.

Make fun until someone proved it was real, or the writer (visibly another species) appeared on a news station that I happened to see. At wehich point I would say dsomething along the lines of "oh, cool," and either keep watching or wait for either invasion, destruction, or peace.
