this place seems like a ghost town now. I don't even recognize most of the names on the staff list. Did everyone migrate to a different site or something?? weird.

For the record, I've been a lurker since 2006 and had an account in 2007 before I got banned for making an inappropriate joke.

So I'm wondering what the hell happened to Clairity, Onerionaut, Akono, ninja9679, etc. Even the newer members like Delphinas and Yoshi seem to be gone.

I think I've seen Oneironaut recently.

I know exactly how you feel, about it being a ghost town nowadays. I honestly don't know why I still check back all the time. I don't even post.

I know it does seem a bit slower these days; IRC is good though, only haven't been lately because of internet issues at home.

Akono=Auron. That happened a while ago. Ninja got permmed. Clarity left during that staff exodus event.

There has always been a revolving door here. I think there is less activity here now mainly because the wave of lucid dreaming movies didn't continue. That wave had a lot to do with the popularity of this site.

Did you get banned in 2007 because of the Rick Roll prank that involved making the song impossible to delete? I flipped out over it in a joking sort of way because I couldn't get rid of the song even after I clicked off the internet, and the prankster was banned right away. I always felt kind of bad about making such a big deal of it. I didn't want the person to get banned.

I agree with the op, what the hell happened here? all the people i knew are gone except universal mind and ophelia and nina....i remember so many others used to post and now its like a fucking old western town with tumbleweeds lol.

It's funny that you say that because everyone knows that old western towns with tumbleweeds never have enough room for two people, they sound so over-populated.
I blame the high mortality rate on the town planners.
