Sure, this can work. Having a multi-pronged approach where you evaluate your state at each waking and try one or more things as you go back to sleep can really boost chances. Just get a lot of experience, take a lot of notes, and see over time what works and what doesn't. Don't throw one approach away after a few times, it can takes months or more to make serious progress in both MILD and WILD, individually. |
