@Wana in biphasic sleep you would want the nap to be in afternoon , early evening . What I did before starting polyphasic sleep was to shorten to shorter my mono . After slowly but concistently sleeping later while waking up always at 7 am , no snoozing . When my sleep was reaching about 5 and a half hours I started feeling tired . Thus i started falling asleep a work at around 11 am for a half hour , I aksed my boss if I could rezerve half an hour in the morning to have a nap . Thankfully he didnt have any problems. Once I settled with a nap i went to further lower my core sleep . Then as I aproched 5 hours I realized I was getting to tired in the evenings . I played around with 2 naps ,eventualy stoped the morning naps and I have the cycle I have now .

Also to answer some previous questions .

DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR DREAMS MORE? I do quite substantualy. During my naps especialy I (near)instantenuasly fall into rem sleep thus dreaming . My cores are about 85% chance for dreams . At times it feels as if I shift between worlds quite an experience.

Do you get lucid easier? : Yes and no , because I dream more often there is a chance that some dreams are lucid. Should you train to get lucid easier , then yeah .
