So despite walking around for five hours of the day, I haven't been able to get much sleep the past few nights (3 hours, then 4, then 6), though I'm still full of energy in the morning, ready to go for the whole day. Also, when finally falling asleep, once my body is comfortable, hypnogogia will start within ten minutes (except the first night), and I'll be conscious throughout (for upwards of 30 minutes, my mind is a stray conversation with random images, the conscious stream observing, and interjecting as it sees fit).
Possibly related, I've felt less hungry and as a consequence haven't been eating much (so far I've lost all the weight I gained as a side effect of a previous medication--that's a good thing).
Same thing happened a couple weeks ago, minus the conscious hypnogogia.
This doesn't seem very normal. What do?
