Waking up early result of WBTB? Among other things.

I wasn't sure where to post this. Lately, my sleep cycle has been seriously messed up. The past few days I've been waking up around 6:30-7am and I usually wake around 8-8:30. Last night I had a WBTB(but no dream) at 3:15am and got up at 5:45am. Is this a result of having dreams but not remembering them and waking up at the end? Or should I see my doctor? I feel fine after a few hours, but cramps and allergies have prevented WBTB when I wake up around 6am.

      Hey brother ,
You shouldn't go see any doctor because of WBTB , but go ask about the allergies cramps u had instead.

Lol! That's what I meant to say. Feeling better. I think I was just nervous because of shoulder surgery. WBTB went fine this morning twice, but sadly did not have dreams or if I did, I did not remember them.
