It is not a physiologically ideal position. it places undo stress on your whole spine if you sleep with one leg cocked to the side thru misalignment. I have seen lots of complications to this sleeping pattern as I work in the health care industry. |

I sleep on my stomach or on my left or right side. I usually alter between these through out the night, or when I try to go to sleep. |

Thought plus emotion creates attitude. Attitude plus action creates experience and experience determines reality
Yeah i heard that too. What i heard was about the position you should let the babies sleep. They say that stomach is bad for the spine and that the best position is on the back. Don't have any solid cientific info about this, just heard it from somewhere so dunno if it is right. |

I sleep on my sides, I always start facing to the right, then after 10ish minutes, go to the left. I believe that that is USUALLY it of my turning, if I'm in my bed and am not having "I can't fall asleep" issues. |

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

On my left side with normal sleeping |

I sleep on my right side or my stomach with my head to the left. I prefer to keep myself pointed towards the wall and not the room. Keeps normal objects from being linked into my dreams during HH and right as I wake up. I would sleep on my back more often but it causes me to snore and I hate snoring lol. |

My Dream journal:The tales of a wandering soul
I always start on my back, I find that it's the best way for me to relax/release any tension - I guess that's because there isn't many pressure points. But to sleep, I always end up on my side, it's almost as if that's the only position I can fall to sleep in. |

i sleep on my stomach with my hands on my stomach, like "hugging" myself. |

the news reports on the radio said it was getting worse
as the ocean air fanned the flames
but i couldn't think of anywhere i would have rather been
to watch it all burn away
