      Sleep Help?

Usually, it takes me upwards of 30 minutes to falling asleep, is this normal? Because it's pretty boring lying around in my bed It takes even longer if I'm trying to do a MILD, usually about an hour.

Definitely normal. I fall asleep after around an hour; less if I am lucky. I always keep having to change positions and stuff to prevent my arms from falling asleep. =3
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

i used to fall asleep alot faster, but now im excited that i will have a lucid.
you could try burning some energy before bed, and stretch/loosen up.
then try reverse blinking(theres a thread on it, basically u open ur eyes every 5-10 seconds for a moment then close and wait for next one)

Yeah, reverse blinking really works for me. Helps to relax. Try it if you haven't yet. >D

Yeah, I'd say that's fairly normal. And good too--the few times I fell asleep the moment I hit the pillow, I had terrible recall and no lucids. Normally it takes me about 30-60 minutes to fall asleep.

      Perfectly normal for me.

Reverse blinking makes me feel really relaxed, I don't always fall asleep but it stops the feeling, of sort of boredom and stops me wanting to get up and read a bit more
