Horrible blood flow

This has been bugging me lately.
My feet are always cold, purpleish and are similar to feet in a bucket of cold water. Whenever I had a bath my feet go extremely red had hot. Whenever I stand up after sitting down for awhile my vision fades and I feel lightheaded till the blood reaches my head.

Just now I stood up and everything went blurry again, then my face felt all puffy. I looked in the mirror and I was really red. My eyes had begun to water just like if you were hanging upside down.

I don't smoke, I'm not on any meds and am relatively healthy. Has anyone else had anything like this?

That explains the head thing. I'm still feeling pretty dizzy and my neck's gone all stiff. This sucks

Oh and I should've probably called this thread "Horrible blood circulation" but oh well

I also have blue hands and feet with the least cold there is. The losing sight thing is normal for everyone.
I told a doctor about the blue hands / feet and he said there are pills for it but he didn't want to give them to me.

If you mean your fingernails being blue, it's becouse your hand is cold, and the veins under the fingernails expand for better blood circulation. I think could happen with the entire hand too.
