      webcam problems

      ever since my computer has been redone my webcam records videos really choppy. this is annoying. I can't seem to fix the problem.

      What do you mean redone? Did you reinstall Windows? If so then you probably installed a generic webcam driver, you need the one for your specific camera, if it's a M$ webcam then it should be on their website.
