I have successfully WILDed using different techniques, but only one of them has worked more than once.
To be honest, most of my WILDs have been accidental. I don't know if you have heard about this sorta 'WILD Technique'
Basically wake up, stay awake for some time (30-60 works for me), and then just go to sleep. Nothing more. Don't count breaths, don't focus on HH's, don't mind if you need to change position or swallow, don't worry if your mind starts creating scenarios like it does every time we go to sleep. Just go to sleep, that's it. When I do this, sometimes, a huge wave of SP just hits me, and it's just a matter of seconds before I find myself in my dream bed. My longest LD came form this type of WILD.
