      Was this a WILD?

I set my alarm clock at 7 AM this morning because I went to bed at 00:00 so I would wake up to try WILDing before school (School started at 10:30 today) so I had enough time.

I tried breathing through my nose while shutting it every few minutes and after about 30 minutes I started hearing weird noises, so I performed a reality check and I breathed through my nose! Then I started noticing the music I was listening and woke up... I can remember I was listening to RHCP - "Otherside".

Was it wrong to listen to music? I did that to keep me aware but relaxed. And what should I do after realizing I'm dreaming? I woke up immediatly and I didn't see anything while performing a reality check..
      Thanks.

So close! I can't listen to music when I WILD. I always have a hard time falling asleep after any length WBTB. Try it again tomorrow and see if you can get it to last longer. Sometimes it just takes a few tries until you get accustomed to the weird feeling.

Hmmm.. Got any tips to make it last longer?
