I've experienced some leg pain. I think like what your talking about. But beforehand my legs weren't in the most comfortable, so it could just intensify what i was already feeling. Try having your legs in a more comfy position |

Well a while ago, I was trying to Wild, first by getting into Sp and I was lying there for a while in a comfortable position, thoughts were flowing throught my mind and stuff and I felt really really really light headed. I started to feel these waves crashing up and down my body , but specifically I could feel them on my legs , but the waves were becoming extremely painful and then I went back to stage 1 i believe. |

Peter piper picked your pecker.... wait that's not right.
I sometimes experience a pain sort of like when you get really bad pins-and-needles during the final SP wave. It is right before I go into a dream, though, so it doesn't last long. |

It's possible to feel actual pain during SP, and I've even felt sharp stabbing pain because of a scary hallucination. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Puffin you comment soo much. Every time i go to a new post you have already commented. Its good to see such active forum members. And the SP pain sucks. It can draw you out of it, but hey, thats what your mind is trying to do in the first place, so i guess the mind is winning. |
