Best place to start is the Tutorials Section. Read up and gain knowledge of LDing and how to induce them.

      Ah welcome to DV!
If you haven't, reading the tutorials would be good, which idea do you like more, inducing the LD from within dreams, or from waking?

Welcome to DV! We're glad you joined us and if there's anything we can do to help you become lucid, let us know.

In addition to what's been said, I'd recommend keeping a dream journal. Writing down your dreams every morning will greatly help your ability to recall your dreams. Other than that, just have fun!

If there's anything you're having trouble finding here or if you're unsure about something DreamViews-related, feel free to contact any of us Dream Guides (the guys and gals with the green names) and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

      Sweet dreams!

      Which is easier?

      - The thing im concentrating on now is making a dream journal and establishing DR & RC.

(ha, im getting used to all these terms )

Inducing lucid dreams from within the dream is definitely easier. Look for DILD and MILD in the tutorial section.

Hello and Welcome! Take your time, like the others said, and just look around. There is SOOOO much to read! Also, a book called Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge is a great place to start to do research. Good luck and happy dreaming.
