The first part. I kind of go in and out of awareness. I'm pretty good at pulling myself back, though, so it might not work for everyone. As far as how long the technique takes, it kind of varies, just like how long it takes me to normally go to sleep. Usually between 40-70 minutes. Trust me, this was not my first or second try lol. I'd attempted probably 15 WILDS before I got my first one, and another 5 before I got my second.
