It sounds like you were close. It helps to imagine the tactile, visual, and auditory sensations of the dream you just came from. You know, imagine touching an object or hearing sounds. It helps trick your mind into thinking you're still asleep. |

Well, I think I really got into SP, but little to no hypogogic hallucinations. It was weird, I woke up, started to get up, but then I'm like DEILD! So by then, I had just barley moved my ankle, so I thought it was alright. Since I was barley conscious through the whole thing, Lucid dreaming was surprisingly not on my mind. Anyways I felt the wave of SP, and just tried to fall back asleep. I barley remember what happened though. I remember some weird physical feelings, but they weren't intense, just like, my skin was made of metal and my muscles were spazzing under the skin in the pattern of water. Very strange, but not really intense. I was barley conscious remember, so I forgot to try to turn over, then I remember it linked into a crazy King of the Hill dream. Anyways, I think I felt some HH, but not sure because the last time I tried to SP, it was just hard to breath. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
