      "WBTB" from a nap?

So I know it's incredibly difficult to get a WILD just randomly in the middle of the day, but what if you did it immediately after a nap?

Some of my most vivid dreams come from naps, so wouldn't it make sense to do a WILD after a "WBTB" from a nap?

Does anybody have any experience with this? Would it even work?

You can WILD at the start of a nap if you want.

Unlike as with nocturnal sleep, you enter REM sleep quickly.
Many people find it easier to WILD during naps than during WBTB.

What is the estimated amount of time that can pass between waking up after a night of sleep and attempting a WBTB before a WBTB becomes very difficult?

Well this varies, it depends on the person and the amount of time you've slept. You need to find a balance between being tired enough to fall asleep quickly but not passing out instantly.
I can give you an average though, if you sleep for 6 hours in advance it's probably somewhere between 5 and 15 minutes.

As for naps I'd suggest napping somewhere between 1-4 hours after waking up (you truly need to be a little bit tired though)
