I have been doing a lot of research on the topic of lucid dreaming and how to get them. I first tried the MILD technique but it did nothing for me. I then found out about WILDs and thought, "Oh my gosh! If I could master this it would be so amazing!!!" I have meditated for about 10 minutes before bed, woken up 4-5 hours after going to bed, and tried a mantra (1 the next scene will be a dream, 2...) for staying conscious. Nothing has worked! Last night I tried for an hour before I accidentally fell asleep. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or what I can try different? And when should I expect results? |
