Urge to move during the wild

I tried to perform a WILD for the first time today. I went to bed at 12:30 and woke up at 6 30 with my alarm. Stretched a bit. Went to the loo. LOL
Wrote some of my dreams, and then try to WILD.
at first i didn't mind it. i was concentrating on my breathing. but then i had these "attacks", of just wanting to move! i tried to hold it, maybe like 4 times. then it just came to a point where i couldn't hold it anymore, and i just decided to give up and fall asleep normally. i still had a lucid though, but it was from a DILD.

Is this normal, because it really bothering me??!

Also i think once or twice during the WILD, i would fall asleep and have like a short dream, but then i would wake up and continue my breathing. (still laying still in the same position i started with) but i didn't really feel any SP.

Any Help? or is this the matter of practicing the relaxation?

      Thanks

That's excellent news for you. When you get that uncontrollable urge to roll over its because your body wants to see if your mind is asleep. If you ignore the urge to roll over the body thinks that the mind must have gone to sleep and will think that its now time to go to sleep too and your body will enter sleep paralysis. When I come out of a dream to fully waking consciousness and don't move I may be in sleep paralysis and sometimes not.

It may happen when you are WILDing, it seems like something your body would want to do since you are being still for so long. I agree with mcwillis, though.

i get the same thing. Its unfreakingbearable. If you can manage it effectively though you can slip into a wild. I just have trouble trying to wild since i wake up so damn tired. I feel just soooo exhausted.

I have the exact same thing as you. I mean exact. Today at 6:00 I tried to WILD failed because I had to move. Gave up and fell asleep. I then read your post now and its like reading my exact experience.
