Vibrations are common in WILD, and so is perceived movement (which is just in your head, not actually happening). I've never experienced what you described, but it sounds like an amalgamation of different types of hallucinations. Nothing to be worried about. |

I've also had pain. I have felt like my entire body is being crushed! I've also had Exploding Head Syndrome. So yeah, any kind of pain is pretty much par for the course in SP. |

I get all kinds of body distortions during my successful WILDs. Sometimes the bizarre or painful sensations help me transition. If it bothers you, try focusing on something else during the transition. Visualize a dream scenario, or imagine yourself in an entirely new dream body. |

Yeah, when I try to WILD I feel a vibration feeling in my chest that is really weird. So yeah, it's possible! |
