So it wouldn't hurt to try it a couple weeks before sleep to see if it works for me? I have tried it the past two nights before sleep and I have not been able to get to SP. I think the first night I tried it I made it to SP because I only got a couple hours of sleep the night before which helped my body fall asleep faster. I had a question about waking in the early morning and trying to WILD. Am I able to go tinkle(lol) in between my rem cycles or should I hold it. Last night I tried holding it. But having to pee was on my mind and I could not concentrate haha
