Not me personally, but I heard that it's bad to do it just before going to bed at night, because your REM starts later in your sleep. |

I've gotten HI a few times and got to SP once, but it's much harder to enter that state because you have to relax quite a bit. You might not enter a dream, either, because it takes a few hours after initially falling asleep for your body to enter REM - the phase when you dream. For some people, it's definitely possible, and this is the only way they WILD, but for others it may be very difficult. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

So it wouldn't hurt to try it a couple weeks before sleep to see if it works for me? I have tried it the past two nights before sleep and I have not been able to get to SP. I think the first night I tried it I made it to SP because I only got a couple hours of sleep the night before which helped my body fall asleep faster. I had a question about waking in the early morning and trying to WILD. Am I able to go tinkle(lol) in between my rem cycles or should I hold it. Last night I tried holding it. But having to pee was on my mind and I could not concentrate haha |

I suggest trying to have one with WBTB first so you know the basic process. Also DEILDs are a good way to learn how to WILD as it only takes a minute or two to get strong vibrations and reenter a dream. |

Hey thanks for the advice, I just read up on WBTB and DEILD. Hopefully one of these techniques will help me experience my first lucid dream. |
