Alright, so I can get into sleep paralysis after 10-20 minutes of laying on my bed trying to fall asleep. My body begins to feel heavy, numbness and I can't move an inch.
Last night when I tried this for the second time, after awhile it became tough to breathe and felt uncomfortable. Why? I thought you could enter LD by doing this? Guess it isn't for me.
Anyway, on to my other story. I woke up in the middle of the night (I think) and asked myself "am I dreaming" then I looked down at my hands, which looked like they shrunk and were distorted but I didn't think anything of it and went back to sleep. If this was a LD, I was in my room, everything looked normal. My reality check is asking myself "am I dreaming" and looking at my hands, because I know hands always look strange in LD. Should I change this? or what should I do to actually do to accomplish a WILD? I feel like I'm close, but I'm doing something wrong.
At the moment, no I don't keep a dream journal but I am beginning one today. I haven't remembered any dreams since I begun researching about Lucid Dreaming.
