      Is this sleep paralysis?

Could someone tell me if this could be SP or not.

Generally when I wake up in the morning and I hit the snooze button on my alarm clock or go back to sleep, my mind wonders for a little bit and during this time sometimes I will feel a sort of tingling feeling all over my body. (Kind of like the feeling you get when your foot falls asleep but a little more mild then that.)

After this, it kinda feels like my body is getting a little heaver and it feels like i'm spinning. The problem is i'm still able to move my body and it just stops after a couple minutes. I don't see any HI or hear any sounds but the radio and fan in my room.

So is this SP and if it is, then how can I transition it into a LD?
Current status: Practicing my WILD method.

SP stands for sleep paralysis and is when your body becomes paralyzed (can't move it). You are experiencing the onset of SP (its starting/trying to kick in). Just try to relax and enjoy/observe the spinning. Imagine your actual body spinning around in your bed/room. Let your mind wonder, but keep in the back of your mind that you are wanting/going to WILD (that way you won't forget and lose consciousness). This could help the SP get going. When you feel the tingling/heavy feeling, don't think on it (concentrate on it). If you keep your mind on your actual body, it can sometimes keep you from transitioning to the dream state. Just relax and enjoy the ride. Once you get SP to set in, just casually observe the HI/HH not focusing on it, but passively watching it from afar.
