      quick DEILD question

      Hi there,
      ok.

      So for DEILD

you wake from sleep, close eyes, keep them shut, focus on the blackness, repeat to yourself 'im dreaming' to forget about SP and hope for the best for 1-2minutes?

      If so,

so to confirm: close eyes shut at all costs and focus on the blackness or what?
Just - say if my eyes slightly open, would that ruin the DEILD? So i'm meant to shut them tightly?
Sorry, just need a step by step aggressive order routine to make sure I'm doing it right.

      Thank you!

Hmm...DEILD is bit more tricky. Its easy to do, but you actualyl have to know you are dreaming already (at least as you are waking up). So, if you ever become lucid at the end of a dream or realize while waking up that you are dreaming...this is when you perform DEILD. You keep your eyes closed and never open them from the time you start to wake up until you are back in another lucid.
      So, it goes like this...
      1. Realize you are waking from a dream
      2. Keep eyes closed as you wake and don't move, just stay calm and relaxed
      3. You will enter right back into a dream with seconds usually and of course, be lucid. There is rarely ever any HI/HH or anything like that. SP will half break and then immediately set right back in (thats how you know when exactly you woke up). The whole process takes less than a minute.

Sorry no one got to this question earlier...hope I helped clear some things up.

That is an interesting way to describe it. It is definitely an odd feeling. To me, it almost feels like I'm digitized and my pixels fade in and then immediately fade out and I'm in the dream, lol. Its weird. I'm sure it feels different for everyone, but you definitely can feel it happening.
