      was it a DEILD?

I was listening to some binaural beats pretty much most of the night as I was sleeping. Just thought I'd add that.
I was having a strange dream, and all of a sudden I was laying in my bed, and I don't know if I really woke up or if it was a false awakening? and I started feeling strong vibratiions, and I was hearing the sound of a plane taking off above me head, I knew what was going on so I didn't freak out or move, but I was kinda getting scared because now it felt like my bed was tilting side to side and that my body was rolling but wouldn't roll off the bed. I was like what the hell I've never heard of this happening in SP or a WILD attempt. Then all of a sudden everything was still and I knew I was dreaming, so I got out of my bed and did an RC then I started my lucid dream. But what happened? I'm pretty confused....
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

      I'm not exactly sure.

What I think happened is you woke up from a dream and you didn't move at all. (Which is what your supposed to do in a DEILD) You started to experience the symptoms of sleep paralysis and that brought you into a lucid dream.

If thats the case then yes that was a DEILD.

DEILD stands for Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream. A DEILD is actually a shortened form of a WILD. Most of the time you completely bypass any HH/HI, but not always. You really could classify this one different ways, but imo it was a DEILD. Congrats, btw!
