This used to be my problem with WILDing, I'd lie there for a really long time and not much would happen. Try waking yourself up in the middle of the night and then trying it again when you're dead tired. That way your body will fall asleep much faster, but you'll be able to keep your mind awake as you go into the hypnotic imagery and then into the dream. Ideally you would wake yourself up before the REM cycle. |
