      Close to SP?

I haven't done a WBTB-WILD yet, until now I've done some attempts in the afternoon. So, I lay still, calm my mind and focus my attention on the third eye chakra and my breathe ( mainly the third eye chakra ). After a while (5-10 minutes I think), it starts to feel like my right arm is on the left side of my body and my left arm is on the right side of my body. My entire body starts to tingle. So I just wonder, am I getting close to SP, or is it something else?

Yeah, you are starting to get that odd numbness feeling that is often described as tingling or whatnot. This generally happens as SP is beginning to set in. Just try to stay relaxed and calm. Keep in mind that your goal is to fall asleep. You are getting close, just keep practicing and you will get there soon enough. Good luck to you and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Ty I have 1 more question:

When I WILD, I often fall asleep in the middle of the attempt. Is there a way to prevent that or should I just WILD when I'm not too tired (in a vacation for example)?

Nah, you want to fall asleep. The trick is to keep your mind active enough to remain conscious, but not so active that you aren't able to fall asleep. This is what an "anchor" is for. My anchor is simply observing th edarkness of my closed eyes. Others use counting, counting breaths, fan noise, imagining/visualizing a dream scene, sleeping on a marble (or a similar small object), feeling the temperature around you, the feeling of your bed beneath you, etc. There are endless possibilities for anchors.
