As of half an hour ago, i attempted a WBTB. Im very familiar with the hallucinations by now, and before I begin the transition into dreaming, I always rationalize what will happen. But rational thinking seem to elude me after the SP has begun. |

Lucid dream goals:
1. Get into SP /Check
2. have a long LD
3: Fly
4: Have some epic battles with my childhood heroes and villians (DBZ)
I've tried ignoring the voices, that definately doesn't help. Maybe "taunting" them will work, ill try that next time :p |

Heres a trick I learned to make anything (even in waking life) seem much less scary. Just develop a jaunty, carefree attitude towards things that frighten you. |

make sure you are in the right state of mind before attempting this tek. Could be your subconscious is occupied with something and it needs to be cleared. you can only do this consciously ie. while you are awake. |
