Telling The Difference Between SP and LD?

The few times I have attempted to WILD, it always ended up like this I entered SP thought it was a dream and then tried to RC. Thus losing the SP.

for me before i get ld (when wilding) i pass throo a few stages
most important of which is the feeling like i start sort of flying really fast or just whole
body vibrating and hearing this loud pulsating white noise once that is over and i start
seeing visuals i know i'm in a dream don't even need to RC

Yeah, once you get into SP, just continue to relax. Don't even worry or think about, "Am I in the dream yet?" Just allow yourself to relax and the dream scene will form around you on its own. Keep in mind that once SP is reached, the only thing left to do is finish falling asleep. If you keep your mind worried or you start to over-think the process, it can cause you to fail the transition. Just let the process itself do all the hard work for you.
