      In a week, i had been practising wild, right after school... But... I got a question... In the vibration state, is it possible, that only my legs are vibrating, or isn't it vibration state? xD

      Sure, it is possible. Sometimes the vibrations are only in the legs, arms, etc. Sometimes you may not even get those intense vibrations. Sleep paralysis can vary from one WILD attempt to another. Once you get these vibrations stay calm and relaxed. Just allow the hallucinations to do whatever they want and act as if nothing unusual is happening. Just continue with your WILDing method and strive toward sleep. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask!
