      WILD help

Hey guys, I know theres tons of these threads, but I wanted to show exactly what I'm doing, and what I can do to get to the dream state.
I've tried WILD's during napping 4 or 5 times now, and haven't even reached SP.
I lay down, and I just count 1, I'm dreaming. I've gotten up to 900 without anything happening, and I gave up. I don't know why nothing happens, I haven't had any vibrations or hallucinations,no sounds or anything. The only thing I've got is minor numbness.
Any help would be very much appreciated, hopefully you guys can take the time to answer yet another one of these threads.

Have you read Yoshi's WILD guide, or tried out Jeff's free-falling WILD technique?
There's a variety of causes that can make one unable to reach SP even after trying for a long time. Maybe you're just not relaxing enough - in the case just try stretching and dimming the lights for half an hour or so before lying down Or, maybe you're not WILDing at the right time - napping five or six hours after waking up in the morning is key.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
