      Angry sleep paralysis help!

ive been attempting the wild technique for a couple days and last night im pretty sure i had trouble with getting through the sleep paralysis part of it. a specific part of my body would almost feel like it was itching but i didnt move and my body would start to feel like its vibrating. like when you lay on your arm too long. but then i would acknowledge that im going through sleep paralysis and i would break out of it. any suggestions/tips?

I mention a method in my tutorial but I won't make you read the whole thing haha. What I do is count from one to ten. A count for every time I inhale. That kind of monotonous repetition allows your brain to get closer to sleep. But when you get to ten, go back to one, that way you don't just pass right out with out getting lucid. Imagining your body sinking into the bed everytime you exhale is a good way of speeding up the SP process too.
Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
One day, she made a new friend. He liked the same bands, worried about the same subjects.
They decided to meet at the local mall. She went. So did he.
Only he wasn't in junior high.
