Hello,

I am not quite sure if this is posted in the right section. If not, feel free to move it.

Anyways... I've attempted a few WILDs before but i always get stuck at one particular moment, which leads me into the question of this thread.

I lay down in a comfortable position (etc... etc... etc...)
When I'm really relaxed (trying a WILD) i get the sensation that with each inhalation of air i get pulled back in a huge swing, like a viking boat lol. And with each exhalation i get gently pushed forward (released by that "one" who pulls me up, perhaps). It feels really relaxing and i get into a sort of rythm that accompanies my breathing and my counting of my breaths. I also start visualising the boat/cocoon I am lying in.

All of the sudden i end up in a kayak. I paddle and a few of my friends are near me, each in their own little kayak. I dodge waves and cliffs when i jolt into the very relaxed state of being swinged by each breath... (the kayak scenario is often very blurry... It's more like a "kayaking-feeling" if you know what i mean... However i see things and hear things). Is this a veery early, blurry phase/section of a dream? Or is this hypnagogic halucinations? I really have no idea what to do as i enter these scenes several times and all of the sudden I'm gone. Asleep. When i wake up i don't remember any dream about a sea or a kayak. I've hade other dreams during the night though.

NOTE: The kayak scenario was just one of several scenarios. I've had similar experiences but with different scenes, for example i play a computer game and realize im still just lying in my bed. It seems like these sequences are reflections of what ive done during the day. (If i played alot of computer games during the day i get "computer-game-sequences". If I've been skiing during the day i get "ski-sequences".

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this
