I mention a method in my tutorial but I won't make you read the whole thing haha. What I do is count from one to ten. A count for every time I inhale. That kind of monotonous repetition allows your brain to get closer to sleep. But when you get to ten, go back to one, that way you don't just pass right out with out getting lucid. Imagining your body sinking into the bed everytime you exhale is a good way of speeding up the SP process too. |
