Can i visualize dream scenes during WILDs?

I usually say mantras, but would visualizing a dream scene be better?

      Oh hey again .

What you're mentioning is dream incubation, coupled with a WILD it is called a VILD or Visually Incubated Lucid Dream. It really depends on the person to be honest I can't say, I have to iterate that mantras are purely a personal thing there is no 'One Size Fits All' way of doing things. For me visualization has never really helped, more often then not it makes me far too relaxed, and the other times I become too involved in painting a marvelous scene and completely lose track of what I'm doing. I can feel its not working whereas when I perform a 1-10 breathing Mantra I can literally feel myself sinking deeper and deeper into sleep, I hit SP pretty fast using that. Although thats hypothetical, obviously I wouldn't actually "feel myself" because the idea is to not pay attention to your body during a WILD, but I hope you understand what I mean by that .

Just experiment, the error I made for weeks with WILD was that I would continually try a technique thinking I was the problem, rather then admit the technique was the issue.

One huge problem I have with labeling thing like 'WILD' techniques and I think a problem with guides in general is that newcomers (me included) assume that they're supposed to follow the technique word-per-word. Bare in mind that WILD is a natural thing, your body naturally goes into SP normally, the only difference is that your minds awake and your body is asleep, WILD is just various methods of keeping yourself conscious during that process. Please don't make the error I did and remember that WILDing is innate, it comes from you personally and if something doesn't feel right, then its not right .
