Angry Got the relaxation part down.. Or do I?

So I've been trying to WILD, and so far I can only get to the point where my body goes into SP. Once I get there all I seem to do is stay awake, almost like being in a waiting room only for nobody to call your name. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
I'm good on the relaxing part, as far as I can tell, no itches to move any part of my body. But after I pass that point, I can't seem to fall into a dream. I just lay there for what seems like hours.
Sometimes I grow too impatient and just give up, doing a RC only to find out, that I'm still awake!

Any suggestions to a good WILD method for someone with ADHD?
I do take medicine, to help me stay focused. Though I doubt it's the medicine, because in the past I've had minute false awakenings that last long enough for me to sit up, before waking up from a nap.

I think WILDing is your first mistake.

Maybe try falling asleep first. If that works, just tack some awareness onto that process, and you should be set.
