This is my first post, I've been trying to LD for over a year on again off again, but the last couple weeks I've been trying to WILD. My problem is that I'm a bad sleeper. It takes me at least an hour to fall asleep at night, during a WBTB, or even more during a nap. WILD is the only technique I'm trying though, so any advice? I lay there for an hour or more completely still, but can't fall asleep, much less get to sleep paralysis! thanks! |
