      Sleep Paralysis Transition

      Hey guys,
So I haven't posted for a while but I've still been working pretty hard
on dreaming and stuff, and even harder on this videogame project ;P.

Anyway, I laid down to attempt a wild this afternoon and after several
hours I hit sp. It was intense. I felt like my entire body was convulsing
from the vibrations and like some sort of gravity well resided in my
spine. Then things got really freaky when I lost all sense of spatial
orientation and I started to feel like I was rolling over onto my chest.
I swore I had turned over and was lying face down.

Eventually the vibrations stopped and I laid there not quite knowing
what to do but later realized that I could still move. When I got up, I
was on my back having never actually moved.

I know I'm hitting sleep paralysis, its the only explaination for a freaky
experience like that. I've had similar experiences about four times or so,
all with the intention of wilding. My question is, "What do I do from here?"
I don't feel like I'm getting fully paralysed but I'm just not sure...

Sorry for the epic novel, any help would be appreciated
      ~Wes

I have only succeeded in WILD once, but I found that once I got to SP all I had to do was picture a dream scene and you just kinda find yourself in it.

Wow- you attempted to WILD for several hours? I commend your patience.

get pre sleep first. Wake up after 5 or so hours of sleep and stay up for an hour. You'll get there a lot faster and have more success than just laying motionless at the beginning of the night

After WBTB(waking up after 4-6 hours of sleep), you can attempt to WILD. WBTB makes it much easier and faster to achieve an SP maybe because your body's already well rested and relaxed. I suggest you set up your phone to ring/alarm 4-6 hours from the time you start sleeping. Hope this helps
