      WBTB question

Most people say wake up after 4-7 hours but what if I've slept for around 10 hours?

Wow! :O I WBTB after 6 hour and 10 minutes because there I hit my REM.
Once I tried to go to bed early and sleep 10 hours, but then I had trouble falling asleep at the evening. then I tried to go to sleep at my normal time and WBTB 10 hours (to sleep longer in that sense)
then I either woke up before my WBTB or hadtrouble falling back to sleep. But if you can hit your rem, have the time for it and if you are able to fall asleep again, then it's just perfect.
