I give up

I give up on trying to WILD. I've attempted WILD probably about 20 times now, and I haven't once been successful. Not once have I gotten SP. I end up laying in my bed for an hour or more, staying completely still, counting in my head, waiting for something to happen but nothing ever does. I've tried nearly almost all the WILD techniques on this site but none of them have ever worked for me. I get so frustrated, I'm starting to think that it's just impossible for me to WILD.

How long have you been trying to WILD?
Some members have to stick at it for a good few months before they actually get successful so don't be frustrated, you are NOT the only one

Also, what other techniques have you been trying?

I've been trying for about two months. Though I've been trying to WILD almost nightly now, so maybe I should just take a break.
DILD and MILD are the main techniques I use.

Try Deild! 100 times easier then Traditional WILDs.

I suggest to read the free book by Michael Raduga or try the Lucidology 101 techniques, both worked great for me.

Give up on WILD for now. Go with DILD or MILD. Just as effective with the right mindset. Also WBTB is an amazing technique if you're dedicated enough.
