Just a question: would sleep deprivation help induce a wild? What I mean by that is staying up all night until your in that stage where it's easy to enter sleep. Another question if you were to stay up all night and try the next day would you hit a rem period or not. The reason I'm asking this question is because I'm sure you all have experienced that tiredness where you start thinking random thoughts and dreams start generating infront of you as you drift off. I just think it would be easier to achieve a wild with this also I have heard that sleep deprivation is a key factor in people experiencing sleep paralysis. I don't plan on doing this regulary I'm just curious. Tell me your thoughts
