Vibrations got very strong, but couldn't keep them going...

[3:34 AM] - I wake up and from this point on a lose track of time, I wake up from the Melatonin that I had taken around 7:30 PM, I remember setting a clock in my head telling myself to wake up, so this may have influenced it

[5:30 AM - 6:45 AM] - I am laying on my side and I am having consciousness awareness shifts. I feeling like I am zoning in and out (Youtube link to kind of feel/hear what happened) What I hear during sleep paralysis - YouTube (***DISREGARD FOOTSTEPS, I DIDN'T HEAR THESE :p)
Now I started seeing images fly through my memory as I was feeling/hearing this shift, and all of sudden I see a door knob, and with one hand I go to reach it and the Vibrations got VERY STRONG, and then I lost them. I was kind of pissed when I lost it, I was hoping they would stay and get stronger and then get SP, but nope. I also swear that I heard a ringing noise with it, maybe not.
I then turned sides, and all of a sudden maybe 30 minutes later it began to happen again (although it didn't feel like 30 minutes, it seemed to fly by, maybe it was even shorter I dont know)...

I then began to see the same images, then lost the vibrations again.

Is there ANYTHING I can do, to not completely knock off the feeling?
I guess you could compare Lucid Dreams & Reality to a computer, the only difference between reality and a lucid dream is that one is stored on the Hard Drive and the other purely in RAM, if you don't try to remember it, you wont.

Moved this to the WILD subforum for you.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

It wears off because you become more focused on the events. Same with dreams, if you gain focus, you wake up, or with practice you lucid dream. Basically you were lying asleep and then you noticed that this was weird and your brain turned on to waking mode, and broke out of it.

You need to hover in a passive/observant area to stay in it, as well as staying "awake"

Wow, you were so frustratingly close. When you get to this point, it is time to fully transition into the dream. You can use the imagery your mind gives you, or create your own. The trick is to immerse yourself in the scene. Try to touch things (like you were doing with the doorknob) or move your dream body. Run, fall, grab things, stomp your feet, touch the ground. Be really over the top with it. The idea is to lose track of your real body. Forget about it completely. Get your dream body moving and functioning in the dream environment.
