      SP Question

Okay, so every time I'm WILDing and I'm almost in SP, my chest starts majorly tingling after about 10 minutes. Is this insane excitement or.....? I usually push it down because I'm not sure what it is, but it always comes back 10-15 minutes later?

It seems like the onset of SP. what you really need to do is just passively observe the sensations. What I've found myself doing wrong was that I would question every slight tingling, buzzing, and numbing sensation I had in my body; focusing too much on causing SP to happen. The biggest mistake people keep making is that they're not viewing WILD in the right light; yes, you're remaining conscious as your body goes to sleep, but you must also remember to focus on the other aspect of falling asleep. When you fall asleep normally you're not focused on the sensations your body feels, let alone the sensation of SP. The funny thing is if you let yourself balance on the fine line of sleep and wakefulness you'll notice that your body slips into SP without you even knowing it. What you need to master is not entering SP or seeing HI; but focus on training to catch yourself right on the brim of sleep before you lose consciousness; that way the hard work is done.

Hmm, it does sound like it's probably SP. I think next time, you should try not to push it away. Just relax a little more. The sensation will probably spread to the rest of your body and you'll either get launched into a dream, or you can start visualizing something to jump-start the dream next.
