Hey guys, |
You're part of the group of people who experience horrifying hallucinations when you enter SP. There's nothing any of us can do to really help, it's all up to you. What I can say is this, remember that nothing you see, hear, or feel is true; just relax and realize that soon a wonderful dream will unfold around you. |
I've experienced much worse hallucinations than those; what you've experienced actually isn't too uncommon. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Is this pretty consistent for you? I have had some horrible hallucinations, but every WILD attempt is different. Sometimes nothing happens, sometimes I get torn apart by violent body distortions. Always expect the next attempt to be pleasurable and peaceful. Don't let it become a pattern. |
I have another question. If I'm already at the stage of the HHs, is it certain I will WILD if I continue and not wake myself up? Because sometimes they are very long (couple of minutes) and I just give up at some point and force myself to wake up. |
